SHIPPING & POLICIES

Each piece is shipped with the utmost care. I wrap all pieces in either paper, foam core, or protective cardboard, depending on the piece.
United States — As of now, you will be charged $9.25 for all shipping, which covers the cost for shipping materials, and the rest of the shipping charge is included in the price of the piece. You will not be invoiced for shipping costs separately. This is subject to change as I find better shipping practices.
International Shipping — You will be charged a flat rate of $49.95 for international shipping, but orders may require an additional invoice for shipping costs if they exceed the flat rate. At this time, we use USPS or DHL to ship all international orders. All order shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

US only — No refunds or returns unless item is damaged in shipping. In that case, please email me with proof of damage within a reasonable time frame.
No refunds on deposits for commissions if commission has already been started. Deposit can be used towards any other item in the shop.
Paintings larger than 48x48" will be un-stretched, rolled, and shipped with stretcher bars in a tube for re-stretching, which you will need to take to a local framer and can cost up to $200. At this time, I am not liable to pay for re-stretching. For more information about this, please contact me.

Suzanna Toole retains the rights to all work, including the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work for promotional purposes. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission.
